Never Land Session

This session fee secures your date for an adventure! It includes one magical image. Due to the nature of this product it is non-refundable. If you need to cancel for any reason, you may reschedule, or receive a gift certificate to Amy Lynn Imaging in the amount paid. Amy Lynn Imaging has the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish any photographs captured during a photo session. This includes but is not limited to editorial, trade, advertising and any other purpose and in any manner and medium. Amy Lynn Imaging may make any enhancements or changes at any time, including time after final images have been delivered. Client order is complete when final images are delivered. By paying this session fee, you release Amy Lynn Imaging from all claims and liability relating to said photos, and agree to all the above terms .
