
The Legacy Experience session fee secures your date and begins the creation of your custom adventure. This investment covers the planning, styling guidance, on-location experience, and the artistry that brings your vision to life.
Your session fee includes one fully finished, hand-edited magical image.
Because each Legacy Experience is thoughtfully designed and date-specific, the session fee is non-refundable. Should you need to reschedule, your investment may be transferred to a new date or converted into a gift certificate to Amy Lynn Imaging in the amount paid.
The session fee is separate from artwork and legacy products. Your image and product selections are made following your reveal, where you may invest in heirloom artwork, albums, and fine art pieces designed to preserve your story for generations.
Amy Lynn Imaging retains the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs captured during your session for editorial, trade, advertising, portfolio, and promotional purposes, in any medium. Artistic enhancements and edits may be made at any time, including after final delivery.
Client orders are considered complete upon delivery of final images. By submitting your session fee, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and release Amy Lynn Imaging from all claims and liability relating to the created images.
